Sertoma 4-H Educational Center currently has openings for the following
positions:
Cabin Counselors
Lifeguards & Swim Instructors
Health Coordinator / Nurse
Horse Program Coordinator
Horseback Instructor / Programming Assistant
Challenge Course Facilitator / Programming Assistant
Agriculture Sciences Instructor / Programming Assistant
Financial & Computer Literacy Instructor / Programming Assistant
Dance Instructor / Programming Assistant
What is the Application Process?

Application.
Staff training will start the first week in June, with additional training
for Challenge Course Facilitators starting at the end of May. After two
weeks of staff training, we will have a great time with 7 weeks of summer
camp! Please contact us with questions about specific training dates.

 Room
and board are included, with salaries that vary depending on experience
and background. Except for some administrators, the camp nurse and kitchen
staff, staff members live in cabins with the campers; these all have indoor
toilets, showers and electricity. Staff receive CPR & First Aid training.
Laundry facilities are available. Counselors have time off during each
day and one evening off a week in addition to the weekend, usually Friday
noon till Sunday morning. Counselors generally carpool together to drive
into town for shopping and movie theaters. ACA accredited.
