is Camp CHILL?
Camp CHILL is a 1-week daycamp experience focusing on healthy lifestyles through nutrition lessons, fun physical activities, team-building, and traditional camp programming. Fee includes follow-up reunion/assessment in the fall for participant and one parent. Activities: nutrition classes, field trips, cooking with a chef, evening activities, zumba, kickboxing, self-defense, Wii, dance, girls’ spa, campfires, and more! Who Can Attend Camp CHILL?
Camp CHILL was created to target those students who are in the 85%-97% BMI range, placing them “at risk of obesity.” Campers must be rising 6th through 9th graders as of August 1, 2012.
